If for whatever reason you did not receive the email sent out on 01/09/2023 to all CPHT Graduates notifying that from 31/12/2023 the Pre Sept 2022 Course Intakes Online Documents Page (https://extranet.cpht.co.uk/online-documents) would no longer be accessible on this website, please contact us at headoffice@cpht.co.uk and we will send you the link and password so that you can temporarily access this page and download any documents you may need.

If your email has changed since you graduated, please notify us at headoffice@cpht.co.uk and we will update your contact details so that you do not miss any emails we send out in the future. You can also sign up to Notifications using the Subscribe facility on this page.
